How a project runs
Concept → Art direction → Production (AI + photography) → Edit & retouch → Handover
It starts with the story, not the tools. The middle gets messy. Nobody needs 50 screenshots of one hand I'm trying to fix. You get the finished work, and at handover, a rundown of what I learnt making it.
